To fulfill the purposes mentioned in this privacy notice, it is necessary to collect and process the following personal data:

PROCESSING OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that for the purposes of this privacy notice, no sensitive personal data will be processed.

PRIMARY PURPOSES

PCZ will process your personal data for the following primary purposes:

Sell our product portfolio;
Provide services related to our main activity and our products;
Identify and authenticate you in our various marketing programs and websites;
Respond to your questions or requests for information;
Provide customer service;
Process orders, purchases, returns, exchanges, and/or replacement of merchandise according to PCZ’s terms and conditions;

Send you products or samples you have requested;
Allow you to participate in our contests or sweepstakes;

Additionally, if you do not expressly oppose, PCZ may process your personal data to carry out any or all of the purposes mentioned below, which allow us to provide you with better service: (i) Send you advertising, promotional, and/or informational and commercial prospecting information personalized through the offering of goods, services, promotions, and/or offers from PCZ according to your interests and consumption preferences, as well as from other brands and/or trade names, including sending communications through emails, phone calls, text messages, and other physical, electronic, and/or digital communication means; (ii) Conduct statistics, surveys, or studies on consumption and market habits aimed at evaluating the quality of services, goods, products, and/or shopping experience; (iii) Invite you, according to the participation rules, to our events, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, and activities, and contact you through different physical, electronic, and/or digital communication means. Likewise, if you win any prize or participate in any activity organized by us, we may process your personal data to deliver the corresponding prize and document your participation in that event; and (iv) Share your profiles and consumption habits with our suppliers and business partners so that they can contact you and send you advertising, promotional, and/or informational material they consider of interest to you and/or to assess, according to their internal procedures, if you are eligible to obtain the service you have requested from such third party. The aforementioned additional purposes are based on your consent. This means that you can oppose any of them at any time, or revoke your consent. TRANSFERS

PCZ may transfer your personal data, without requiring your consent, to the following entities:

Affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or controlling entities that operate under the same internal policies regarding personal data protection to fulfill the purposes disclosed in this privacy notice;
Our business partners with whom we have contracts to provide after-sales services, manage customer accounts and/or records, send communication related to products or services that may be of interest to you, as well as marketing communications;
Competent authorities in the cases provided by applicable regulations.

If you do not oppose, PCZ may transfer your personal data to business partners and/or any third party so that they can contact you and offer goods and/or services of interest to you, or to determine if you are eligible to acquire the goods and/or services offered by such business partners and/or third parties. The processing of shared data under the terms of this section will be carried out at least in the terms contained in this privacy notice, and the third party will assume the obligations contained in this privacy notice towards you with PCZ. MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOKE CONSENT

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), regarding your personal data, as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by 1) sending an email to our Data Privacy Office at the address: sbeas@pcz.com.mx 2) Going directly to our head office; 3) Requesting it in writing at: Incalpa No. 2000, Col Ejido Los Ranchitos, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, C.P. 45590, where you will be attended to in a timely manner. You will be provided with a Request for the Exercise of ARCO Rights (“Request”) so that you can exercise your right. For our Data Privacy Office to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the request and accompany it with a copy of one of the valid official identifications mentioned in the same. Our Data Privacy Office will communicate the adopted decision within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if appropriate, it may be effective within fifteen (15) business days following the response.

OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to our Data Privacy Office at the address: sbeas@pcz.com.mx The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to handle your request, will be governed by the same criteria outlined in the previous section. If your request is appropriate, our Data Privacy Office will register you in PCZ’s own exclusion list.
